How does the 25% batch discount work?
Schedule 5 or more units to be photographed on the same calendar day (any combination of property types) and the entire batch is 25% off our standard per-unit pricing. The discount applies to every unit in the batch, not just the units beyond the fifth.
What counts as a "unit"?
Any individual rental: an apartment, a townhome, a single-family rental, a condo. Mixed portfolios count toward the 5-unit minimum. You don't have to photograph 5 of the same type.
How fast is delivery?
24 hours after the shoot day. The full batch arrives together as MLS-ready / Zillow-ready files. No per-unit drip schedule.
Where do you shoot?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Sedona, Tucson, and Surprise. One in-house team across all nine Arizona metros.
Can you handle a single unit, not a batch?
Yes. Single-unit shoots are priced at our standard rates. The 25% discount kicks in only when 5 or more units are scheduled on the same day.
