SR Visual LLC, which operates the Sold Visual brand ("Sold Visual," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use soldvisual.com, book a real estate listing photography shoot with us, or otherwise interact with our services.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our services, we may collect:
- Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and license number when you book a shoot, sign up for offers, or contact us.
- Property information: listing address, square footage, access notes, and other booking details.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Usage data: pages you visit, links you click, and approximate location, collected via cookies, analytics, and pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar).
- Communications: emails, text messages, and chat messages exchanged with us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Schedule, deliver, and follow up on photography shoots you book.
- Process payments, send confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- Communicate about your bookings and our services.
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
- Run and measure marketing campaigns, including via Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and similar advertising platforms.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics, workspace), Meta (advertising attribution and audience matching).
- Photographers assigned to your shoot, who receive your name, the property address, access details and, if you gave them, your phone number and email, only so they can complete the shoot.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
4. Text Messages (SMS)
SR Visual LLC runs two text programs under the Sold Visual name, both from (480) 680-9446. Each needs its own consent, and neither is a condition of any purchase.
Shoot updates. When you give us your phone number while booking a shoot and tick the text-updates box, or ask us to text you when we book a shoot for you, you are consenting to receive text messages from Sold Visual about that shoot: your booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, an update when your photographer is on the way, a note when your photos are ready, and a request for feedback afterward. Message frequency varies with your booking. Shoot updates never carry offers.
Sold Visual Offers. When you enter your mobile number in the offer signup box on our site and tap its button, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Sold Visual at that number, up to 4 a month. There is no checkbox: the consent text is printed next to the button, and tapping the button is your consent. Before any offer text, we send one text asking you to confirm, and offer texts start only if you reply Y. We send offer texts only to numbers whose owner replied Y. They carry your signup code, a reminder before a code ends, and seasonal offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. A reply such as "stop texting me" counts too. Both programs share (480) 680-9446, so a STOP to that number ends both for your number: shoot updates across every shoot tied to it, including shoots you book later, and offer texts. We honor a STOP reply immediately. You can also opt out of all our texts by emailing hello@soldvisual.com or calling (208) 499-4016.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Here, personal information means the phone number and text-message consent you give us; how the cookies and pixels on this site work is described in section 5.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared with service providers that process it for us (Twilio to deliver texts; Google, Cloudflare, Resend and Stripe to run bookings, email and payments) and, for a shoot you booked, with the photographer assigned to it. None of them may use it for their own marketing. We do not send phone numbers to Meta, or to Google for advertising or analytics.

5. Cookies, Pixels & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, measure ad performance, and serve relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms. The Meta Pixel may hash and transmit your email address to Meta to improve ad attribution. We do not send phone numbers to Meta, or to Google for advertising or analytics. Your text-message opt-in and consent are never shared with them. You can turn this off under Your Privacy Choices (section 6a) or with Global Privacy Control, you can opt out of cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Meta-based advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
6. Your Choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@soldvisual.com.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any of them, or by emailing or calling us.
- California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents may have additional rights under their state privacy laws. Contact us to exercise them.
6a. Your Privacy Choices
You can turn off advertising and analytics tracking on this site at any time. This stops us sharing your browsing activity with Google and Meta for advertising measurement. It does not affect any booking you have already made, and you can still book normally with it switched off.
We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, tracking is switched off automatically and the box above will already be ticked.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for financial records), and resolve disputes. Photo galleries and source files are retained for at least 12 months after delivery.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or via prominent notice on our site.
