Welcome to Sold Visual. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of soldvisual.com and any real estate listing photography services you book with SR Visual LLC, which operates the Sold Visual brand ("Sold Visual," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a shoot or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Sold Visual provides professional real estate listing photography services, including MLS-ready interior and exterior photography, drone aerials, twilight exteriors, virtual staging, floor plans, 3D tours, and a free property website. Service tiers are based on home square footage. All Sold Visual photos are delivered MLS-ready (2048 px long edge, sRGB color space) within 24 hours of the end of your shoot day under standard conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed when payment is received via Stripe.
- Pricing displayed on soldvisual.com is in US dollars and reflects the package selected. Tiered pricing is determined by total interior square footage.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.
- Add-on services (drone, real twilight, floor plans, 3D tours, virtual staging) ordered after the initial booking are billed separately at the prices shown on our website.
- Brokerage volume discounts (10% at 5+ shoots/month, 15% at 15+ shoots/month) are applied automatically based on rolling 30-day shoot count.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a shoot at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances, we will offer the next available slot at no extra charge.
- No-shows (photographer arrives but cannot access the property) are non-refundable and a re-booking fee applies.
4. Property Access & Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring the photographer can access the property at the scheduled time, that the property is clean, decluttered, and styled for photography, and that any pets are secured. Lockbox codes, gate codes, and access instructions must be provided at the time of booking. We provide a "Getting Ready" guide on our website with detailed prep instructions.
5. Delivery
MLS-ready photo galleries are typically delivered within 24 hours of the end of your shoot day. The 24-hour window begins at midnight following your shoot, not at the time of the shoot itself. Drone, twilight, video, 3D tour, and floor plan deliveries may take longer (typically 24-72 hours depending on add-on). Delivery times are best-effort estimates, not guarantees, but the vast majority of standard photo shoots are delivered within 24 hours.
6. License to Use Photos
Once paid in full, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered photos for marketing the photographed property, including the MLS, IDX feeds, your brokerage's website, third-party listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin), social media, and printed marketing materials. The license is non-exclusive: Sold Visual retains the right to use the photos for portfolio, marketing, and brand purposes. Photos may not be transferred to subsequent listing agents if the property is re-listed under a different agent without an additional license fee.
7. Drone Photography
Drone services are subject to FAA Part 107 regulations and weather conditions. We do not fly in restricted airspace, in unsafe weather, or without appropriate authorization. If a drone shoot cannot be completed safely or legally, we will offer a refund for the drone portion of the package.
8. Free Property Website
Sold Visual includes a complimentary single-property marketing website with every shoot. The website is hosted by Sold Visual at a soldvisual.com subdomain or property-specific URL for the duration of the active listing. We reserve the right to remove the property website 90 days after the listing closes, expires, or is withdrawn. You may request export of the photos at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost listings, lost commissions, or lost sale price.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and unedited source files are the intellectual property of SR Visual LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission. Unedited RAW files are not included with standard delivery and may be available on request for an additional fee.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. SMS Terms (Text Messages)
SR Visual LLC runs two text programs under the Sold Visual name. Both come from (480) 680-9446, and each needs its own consent.
Program 1: Sold Visual shoot updates. If you tick the text-updates box when booking, or ask us to text you when we book a shoot for you, we send you recurring SMS about your shoot from (480) 680-9446: your confirmation, a reminder the day before, an update when your photographer is on the way, a note when your edited photos are ready, and a request for feedback afterward. These are service messages about a shoot you booked and never carry offers. Message frequency varies with your booking.
Program 2: Sold Visual Offers. If you enter your mobile number in the offer signup box on our site and tap its button, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Sold Visual at that number. There is no checkbox: the consent text is printed next to the button, and tapping the button is your consent. Before any offer text, we text you once from (480) 680-9446 to confirm, and offer texts start only if you reply Y. They come from that number and carry your signup code, a reminder before a code ends, and seasonal offers. Message frequency: up to 4 messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; a reply such as "stop texting me" counts too. After a STOP you get at most one confirmation and nothing after that. Both programs share (480) 680-9446, so a STOP to that number ends both for your number: shoot updates, including for shoots booked later, and offer texts. You can also opt out of all our texts by emailing hello@soldvisual.com or calling (208) 499-4016. For help, reply HELP, email hello@soldvisual.com, or call (208) 499-4016. To rejoin offer texts after replying STOP, reply START to (480) 680-9446; shoot updates for that number stay off.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. If you leave the text-updates box unticked when booking, we send shoot updates by email instead and your shoot is unaffected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
