How do I book a real estate photography session? +

Click Book a shoot anywhere on the site. Pick a property tier, choose a date and time, and that’s it. Our system schedules your photographer, manages editing, and delivers your photos, completely hands-free for you.

When will I receive my photos? +

Within 24 hours of the shoot. Photos are HDR-edited overnight and uploaded to your branded gallery: MLS-ready resolution, no resizing needed. Photograph Tuesday, list Wednesday morning.

Do you offer team or partner pricing? +

Yes. We run an annual-volume Agent Partnership Program. 5–9 listings/year gets 5% off every shoot, 10–14 gets 10%, 15+ gets 15%. Brokerages with 10+ agents apply for our Strategic tier: custom rate sheet and consolidated billing. Trailing 12 months, doesn’t stack with rate-match.

How much does it cost? +

Flat pricing by property size. Phoenix metro: $249 Essential, $309 Standard, $379 Plus, $509 Luxe. Tucson runs $20 higher per tier ($269/$329/$399/$529) to cover the drive south. Sedona starts at $349 with real twilight included on Signature and Luxury Reveal tiers. Add-ons: drone aerials +$95, real twilight +$200, virtual staging +$25/photo, floor plan from $29, 3D home tour from $59. Already have a photographer? How does the rate match work? +

On your first shoot with us, we’ll match what you’re paying your current real estate photographer. Standard package only; drone, twilight, and floor plans stay at list. Two ground rules so the offer stays sustainable: we won’t go below $149, and we won’t discount more than 50% off our list rate. After your first shoot, you’re on our regular pricing, and you still get unlimited photos and 24-hour delivery, every time.
