How fast do I actually get the photos?
Galleries are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot ending. Most agents see the link by 8am the next day. If the shoot is in the morning, you usually get the files that evening.
What's included in the base tier?
Every tier includes full interior and exterior photography, every usable photo we take (no per-photo cap), HDR processing hand-edited by our in-house team, a free property website, and the MLS-ready gallery within 24 hours. Tier is sqft-based and locked at booking. You see the total before paying.
What about drone shots?
Drone aerials are $95 per listing: 5 to 7 cinematic shots of the property and neighborhood. All of our pilots are Part 107 certified and we file the proper authorizations for restricted airspace before we show up. Virtual twilights are $75 for a set of five, with day exteriors re-lit to golden hour by our editors, and real twilight is $200 (sunset return visit).

How do I actually get the files?
A direct download link emailed to you, plus a permanent gallery URL you can forward to the seller. Files are MLS-ready: web-resized JPEGs, full-resolution originals, and a print-ready set. All deliverables are yours to keep and use.
Where do you shoot?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Sedona, Tucson, and Surprise. One in-house team across all nine metros, same editing standard everywhere.
Any discounts for switching or listing regularly?
Two ways to save. (1) Switching photographers: on your first shoot we'll match what you're currently paying: standard package only, $149 floor, 50% cap. (2) Partner Program for regular agents: lock annual pricing at 5% off (5–9 shoots/yr), 10% off (10–14), or 15% off (15+). Reviewed every 12 months on a trailing window so you don't lose your tier on Jan 1. Doesn't stack with rate-match. Pick whichever is better per shoot.
