- Tier is set on application based on your expected annual volume; reviewed every 12 months against actual shoots.
- Trailing 12 months: you don’t lose your tier on January 1st.
- Doesn’t stack with our rate-match offer. Pick whichever is better per shoot.
- Brokerages with 10+ active listing agents apply for our Strategic tier: custom rate sheet, consolidated billing.
- Drone, twilight, and floor plan add-ons get the same percentage off.
