Common questions

How much does MLS real estate photography cost?

It is priced by square footage, not by the hour. In Phoenix metro: $249 for homes under 1,000 sqft, $309 up to 2,500, $379 up to 3,500 and $509 up to 5,000. Tucson is $20 more per tier. Southeast Idaho runs $229 to $489. Sedona has its own ladder starting at $349. Homes above 5,000 sqft are quoted.

How many photos do I get?

All of them. There is no per-photo cap and no upcharge for a house that photographs well. We are paid for the work, not the file count.

How fast is delivery?

24 hours from the end of the shoot. Most agents shoot Thursday and have MLS-ready photos Friday morning. There is no rush fee, because fast is the standard rather than an upsell.

Do you charge travel fees?

No travel fee inside our standard service area in any metro. Shoots outside it get a flat surcharge calculated automatically at booking, so you see the total before paying. Prescott and Sedona cross-trips add $75.

Can I add drone or twilight to the same shoot?

Yes, and it is cheaper than booking them as separate visits. Drone aerials are $95, a real twilight session is $200, and five virtual twilights are $75. All three are added at booking.

Already have a photographer?

On your first shoot with us we will match what you are currently paying. Standard package only, with two ground rules so the offer stays sustainable: we will not go below $149 and we will not discount more than 50% off list. Start a rate-match request.

Which areas do you cover?

Nine Arizona metros (Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler, Surprise, Tucson and Sedona) plus southeast Idaho, which covers Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, Island Park and Ashton, and Jackson, Wyoming.
