Drone aerials are our highest-leverage add-on for Scottsdale listings over $400K.
Scottsdale buyers see polished marketing everywhere, so unpolished photography reads as a signal about the property. Twilight exteriors and view-line aerials are near-standard for anything with mountain or fairway frontage.

Flat rates by square footage. No travel surcharges within Scottsdale. Book online and see your total upfront.
Same-day RAW upload, centralized editing so every shoot matches. The same photographer covers your future Scottsdale listings.
You get 100% of the finished photos from your shoot, not a curated handful with per-image fees. Most studios upcharge per photo. We never do.
Scottsdale listings change from south to north: condos in Old Town, established central neighborhoods such as McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, and master-planned communities from Scottsdale Ranch, begun in 1978, up to DC Ranch and Desert Mountain in the north, with the McDowell Mountains along the city's eastern edge.
Each calls for a different lead image. An Old Town condo leads with the space and what is outside the door, a central Scottsdale home with the yard and the community, and a North Scottsdale estate with the lot and the view.
Paradise Valley, the separate town on Scottsdale's western border, is covered too, at the same Phoenix Metro rates, and most of it sits within the Scottsdale Unified School District.
If the home is in a gated or guard-gated community, put the gate code, or the name to leave with the guard, in the access notes when you book, along with any HOA rules on vendor parking or hours.
A photographer waiting at the gate is time taken from the light the shoot was scheduled for, so a few lines of access detail protect the whole gallery.
Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time all year, so sunset in Scottsdale moves from about 5:25 pm in late December to about 7:40 pm in late June with no clock change in between. Plan twilight dates with that in mind.
The McDowell Mountains sit east of the city, facing the setting sun. For a North Scottsdale listing with a mountain view, a real twilight, shot on a sunset return visit, catches the range in its evening light.
