Drone aerials are our highest-leverage add-on for Tucson listings over $400K.
Tucson's saturated light and long mountain sightlines reward a photographer who exposes for both. Foothills listings in particular sell on the city-lights view. We shoot it at the hour it looks the way buyers imagine it.
Edited photos are usually ready within 24 hours of the end of the shoot day.
Flat rates by square footage. No travel surcharges within Tucson. Book online and see your total upfront.
Same-day RAW upload, centralized editing so every shoot matches. The same photographer covers your future Tucson listings.
You get 100% of the finished photos from your shoot, not a curated handful with per-image fees. Most studios upcharge per photo. We never do.
Tucson's MLS is the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ), a subsidiary of the Tucson Association of REALTORS. Its published photo rules are strict about what can appear in a frame: "Photos with URL links, borders, banners, graphics, writing, logos, or contact information (for sale signs) are NOT allowed to be uploaded in the MLS system." People also have to be cropped out before upload.
Virtual staging is allowed with two conditions: a "virtual staged" disclosure along the top of the image, and the unmodified photo placed next to the staged one. If you add virtual staging, plan on uploading both versions.
Tucson listings cover a lot of ground. Catalina Foothills homes sit on the slopes above the city and sell on their view lines. Oro Valley, to the north, mixes golf-course homes with active-adult communities. Marana grew by nearly half in a decade, from 34,961 residents in the 2010 census to 51,908 in 2020, and Sahuarita and Vail to the south are built around master-planned communities such as Rancho Sahuarita and Rancho del Lago.
Each one calls for a different shot list: the view and the outdoor living in the Foothills, the clubhouse, trails and pools in the master-planned communities, and a complete room-by-room set for the newer builds that buyers compare side by side.
The National Weather Service treats June 15 through September 30 as monsoon season in the Southwest, and its Tucson office notes that summer thunderstorms typically form in the early to mid-afternoon. For a summer listing, book the exteriors for the morning while the sky is clear, and let the interiors follow.
Twilight is a paid add-on: a virtual twilight is $99, and a real twilight, shot on a sunset return visit, is $249. A clear monsoon evening is never guaranteed, so a virtual twilight is the safer choice for a summer launch.
Real reviews from verified shoots.

Tucson is $20 more per tier than the Phoenix metro: $269 Essential (up to 999 sq ft), $329 Standard (1,000 to 2,500 sq ft), $399 Plus (2,501 to 3,500 sq ft), and $529 Luxe (3,501 to 5,000 sq ft). Every package includes all of your finished photos. Drone ($95) and twilight (virtual $99, real $249) are add-ons.
Yes: Tucson citywide including the Catalina Foothills and Sam Hughes, plus Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. If you are at the edge of the service area, we confirm at booking, with no surprise travel fees.
The Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona does not allow photos with URL links, borders, banners, graphics, writing, logos or contact information, including for sale signs, and people have to be cropped out. Virtually staged photos need a "virtual staged" disclosure along the top and the unmodified photo next to them.
Morning. Monsoon season runs June 15 through September 30, and the National Weather Service in Tucson notes that summer thunderstorms typically form in the early to mid-afternoon. Morning exteriors get the clear sky, and the interiors can follow.
For Foothills view homes, larger lots and anything backing onto open desert, usually yes: one aerial shows the lot, the setting and the mountains behind it. Drone is a $95 add-on, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot.
Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the end of your shoot day. You can pay at booking or after your photos are ready.
If something is off with the photos, we fix it free and fast. Small retouches usually come back within about 3 hours. Extra edits you ask for, such as object removal, are $5 per photo. If the unit is not ready, the reschedule is free, but a return trip is billed. If the shoot is paid upfront and canceled at least 12 hours before the shoot time, we issue a refund.
