What you get on a drone shoot

Five to seven finished aerials for $95, flown on the same visit as your interiors.

Five to seven finished aerials. The property in context, the lot and its boundaries, the approach, and enough of the neighborhood that a buyer scrolling on a phone understands where the house sits.
$95 on any package. Sedona runs $125 for the red rock premium. Added at booking in one click, with no separate scheduling call and no second call-out fee.
Flown on the same visit. The aerials happen while the photographer is already on site, which is exactly why they cost $95 instead of the price of a second trip.
Where drone earns its money. Acreage, corner lots, golf course and water frontage, mountain and red rock backdrops, and any listing where the setting sells the house as much as the house does.
Where it does not. A tight interior lot with neighbors close on both sides usually photographs worse from the air than from the ground. We would rather say so than take the $95.
Delivered with the rest of the set. Same 24-hour turnaround, same MLS and IDX-ready resolution, same Google Drive gallery you keep for good.

Common questions

How much do drone photos cost for a real estate listing?

$95 added to any package. In Sedona it is $125, which reflects the same destination premium that applies to the base tiers there.

Do I have to book drone as a separate shoot?

No. It is a checkbox at booking and the photographer flies it during the same visit. Booking it separately would mean paying for a second trip.

How many aerial photos do I get?

Five to seven finished frames, edited to the same standard as the ground set. As with everything else we shoot, there is no per-photo upcharge.

Which listings benefit most from aerials?

Anything above roughly $400K, anything on acreage or a corner lot, anything backing to a golf course, water, or open desert, and anything where the neighborhood is part of the pitch. On a standard interior lot the money is usually better spent on twilight.

Can I use the aerials on the MLS and Zillow?

Yes. They are delivered at full MLS and IDX-ready resolution alongside the rest of the gallery, and you own them for good.

Which areas do you fly?

Nine Arizona metros (Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler, Surprise, Tucson and Sedona) plus southeast Idaho, which covers Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, Island Park and Ashton, and Jackson, Wyoming.
