The short answer
Across the Phoenix metro, a Sold Visual listing shoot costs $249 to $509, priced by square footage: $249 up to 999 sq ft, $309 from 1,000 to 2,500 sq ft, $379 from 2,501 to 3,500 sq ft and $509 from 3,501 to 5,000 sq ft. Every package includes unlimited photos, every photo hand-edited, and a gallery usually within 24 hours of the end of the shoot day. Twilight and drone are add-ons. You can pay at booking or after your photos are ready.
Tucson and Sedona are priced differently. The tables below show the price checkout charges in each market, plus every add-on.

The Phoenix metro ladder covers Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler and Surprise. Tucson is $20 more per tier.

In Arizona, drone aerials are flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Twilight is never part of a base package: virtual twilights are re-lit by our editors from the daytime exteriors, and a real twilight is photographed on site on a sunset return visit. What changes a quote
- Size band. The tier comes from the square footage you enter at booking, so enter the real number.
- Destination markets. Sedona carries a $100 destination premium on every tier, and its add-ons run 25% higher. The Phoenix metro and Tucson do not.
- Add-ons. Drone, twilight, virtual staging, floor plans and 3D tours are priced per item, as listed above.
Two things never change a quote. There is no rush fee: fast is the standard. And there is no per-photo charge, because every package includes unlimited photos.
