New builds in the MLS

Meridian is one of the five cities Ada County lists alongside Boise, and Boise Regional REALTORS, the association that owns Intermountain MLS, has its office on South Wells Avenue in Meridian. The association's monthly market report carries an Ada County stat sheet built primarily on IMLS statistics.

Two lines in the IMLS rules orientation (August 2024) matter for new construction: no signs in listing photos, which covers a builder's sign out front, and photos of HOA amenities such as a pool, playground, common area or community gym are allowed. Check the current IMLS rules before you upload.
